From the Colosseum
Take Linea B (blue line) in direction Rebbibia to the stop Termini -2 stops from Colosseum. At Termini you need to switch onto Linea A (red line) in the direction Battistini and get off at the stop Spagna - 3 stops from Termini.
To change lines inside Termini you do not need to go outside the station. Simply follow the directions to find Linea A.
