Donna Camilla Savelli is one of the more popular 4 star hotels in Rome, probably due to its superb location in the charming neighborhood of Trastevere. The hotel, originally a convent in the 17th century was designed by master architect Francesco Borromini and the hotel takes its name from Donna Camilla a member of the powerful Farnese family.

Today this illustrious past can still be seen in the well preserved wooden roofs which characterizes some rooms in addition to the sumptuous mosaics found in the hallways of the hotel.
