The secret lies in the meticulous attention paid to all stages of the product.

Oysters, clams, mussels and other crustaceans, along with fish of variable sizes and species are hand picked every day by the chef and owner. The oysters deserve special mention for their freshness and rich flavor, while the appetizer sampling salmon, clams, mussels and 5 other types of fish is a definite must.

First courses are pastas, lovingly handmade and perfectly al dente. The 'spaghetti alle vongole' is delectable, with the tiny flavor packed crustaceans adding large amounts of taste to this classic dish. Main courses delve into the world of Mediterranean fish, with soft succulent pieces deboned right before your eyes.

Desserts take you back to the island of Sardinia, with the use of Italian seasonal fruit or exotic tropical ones like passion fruit and mango.
