The dark wooden-panelled walls and champagne colored table cloths are reminiscent of the traditional restaurants found in the region of Tuscany. The restaurant is usually packed with locals from the political scene who take advantage of its authentic hearty dishes and its location in the heart of the center.

The menu is a wonderful journey through the sun-kissed country side of Tuscany, with all of the rich flavors and scents of Florence, Siena and Pisa found in classic dishes. The bruschetta topped with juicy ripe tomatoes is delectable, as is the heavenly, grilled to perfection Florentine steak.
The first courses are a prime example of how simple fresh ingredients blend to produce memorable dishes. The pastas are all made by hand and even a simple side dish of grilled vegetables becomes a full sensory experience in taste, sight and smell. The extensive wine list is the perfect compliment to the wide variety of dishes available. The cordial waiters can knowledgeably advise you of the best one to choose. Prices are on the high side, within the 70 Euro per person range.

Reservations are absolutely necessary and no short pants are allowed for male patrons.
