The menu aptly showcases the ingenuity and innovation of the head chef, who delights diners with first courses such as tagliolini ai fiori di zucca, farfalle al radicchio and ravioli ai frutti di mare, main dishes like fresh turbot lightly grilled on a bed of rosemary potatoes, succulent Mediterranean salmon and the highly prized Florentine steak.
With over 450 wines available, it is easy to find a wine that would be perfect for your meal. The wine bar allows patrons to pop in for a lovely glass, while sampling prime salami and cheeses from across Italy.
The restaurant is located near to the Tiber river, in a charming piazza with Renaissance buildings. In the summer, the restaurant provides ample outdoor seating to allow patrons to enjoy their meal under the starry Roman sky. Reservations are recommended and the restaurants remains closed on Mondays.
