Cocktail Bars in Rome, Italy

Fluid located on the hip Via del Governo Vecchio is an art decor cocktail bar. This bar famous for their cheap and filling 'apperitivi' features a floor and tables filled with a lava- lamp type fluid. It attracts many foreign students due to its proximity to a major language school, but on the weekend you'll find standing room only as young Italian professionals congregate there.

We found the cocktails were satisfactory, but service was a bit on the slow side.The reason it draws a crowd is the 7 Euro buffet, which is price of one drink and you are free to eat as much as you want at the buffet, set up along the edge of the bar. Ordering a second drink is the same price which seemed a bit too much, but eating dinner for 7 Euro is a tantalizing attraction.
Some nights there is a DJ spinning the hottest tracks, getting you in the mood for the night's festivities. The bar is recommended for those younger tourists on a budget who love to socialize in a fun jam-packed atmosphere.
