The 68th edition of the action packed BNL International Tennis Tournament will take place in Rome from 7th - 15th May, on the clay courts of Foro Italico.
Promising even bigger stars from the world of tennis, this year's tournament will feature the likes of Kim Clijsters, Venus Williams and of course returning champion Maria Jose Martinez Sanchez in the women's divisions and returning six time champion Rafael Nadal in the men's section.

AS Roma returns this year to the UEFA championship league, drawn in Group E with CFR 1907 Cluj, FC Basel 1893 and FC Bayer Munich. AS Roma's return means that matches will be played at Stadio Olimpico once again and the fervour and excitement of European football will descend upon the Eternal City.

The Mens Volleyball World Championship will be played in 10 cities throughout Italy starting on 24th September, 2010. Rome has the distinct honor of hosting quarters, semis and the final matches of the tournament, which will see 24 teams from around the world competing.
